Accounts Officer

Expressions of interest are sought from qualified and motivated individuals to undertake the role of Accounts Officer based in Mascot. The position is casual, with the opportunity to convert to full-time permanent.
Position Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other tasks within the Finance department Monthly bank reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Responding to queries from creditors as they arise Fixed asset register maintenance Assists in preparation of monthly Business Activity Statements (BAS) General filing, scanning and other administrative duties Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary degree in Finance or Accounting Good understanding and knowledge in accounting Computer literacy with Microsoft suite, in particular Excel Ability to work accurately with high volume of data to meet deadlines Conditions:
Wage rates and conditions will be discussed with the successful applicant.
