Hays Gippsland are currently working with a small Manufacturer within the large plastics industry located in Pakenham who are seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join their team for 6 months as a temporary employee. You will be part of the office team where flexible hours are available for the right candidate to suit both your needs and theirs.Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can work semi-autonomously. The responsibilities of the role include:Invoicing customersRaising and managing Work Orders for the factory floorEntering data for production, supplier invoices, HR recordsBank reconciliationsGeneral Office ManagementOther Ad-Hoc duties as requiredWho we're looking for:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience within accounts & office administrationStrong attention to detail and the ability to problem solveAbility to work independently and within a team environmentDemonstrate a sense of urgency and a willingness to perform various dutiesIntermediate computer skills and knowledgePrevious use of Reckon/ QuickBooks is advantageousWhat to do now: If you are interested in applying for this role, click 'apply now' or contact Shalise on 03 5623 8*** or ******.
