Reporting to the CEO of this NFP organisation, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning and management.
The role will ensure business planning, reporting, analysis, and cash flow management to meet the growing needs of the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting and Forecasting of operational and capital budgets.Financial Compliance and Regulatory reporting to ATO, Department of Health, Quarterly Reporting, Board Directors.Cash Flow, monthly income & expenditure, balance sheet, aged debtor reports.Care Minute & AN-ACC analysis.Audit Coordination.Financial process improvement initiatives.Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Excel, Outlook and word processing skills.Must be reliable with attention to detail.MYOB experience highly desirable.Previous Aged Care experience.Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement.Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.Hold a current Police Check and Covid-19 vaccinated.Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
