WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Your strong administration and financial skills, polished customer focus and ability to work well within a small, fast paced team are vital for success in this role.
Reporting directly to the Accounts and Finance Manager, the successful applicant will assist with and require skills/experience across a range of tasks in the Accounts/Payroll sphere.
AR/AP processing, Accounts reconciliation, Credit control processes, with customer contact and care, Asset Management processes/procedures – with associated reporting to company Managers, Updating financial records and preparation of financial reporting, Previous payroll experience in a similar company size/environment, conversance with Employment HERO platform will be highly regarded, Cash handling, entries and bank reconciliations, We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas: Demonstrated and recent work history in the identified Accounts areas above.
An ability to accept direction, retain knowledge/training and follow instructions effectively and efficiently.
A demonstrated flexibility to work in partnership with other Accounts team members where required.
Developed and demonstrable communication, interpersonal and reporting skills – in line with Triple M's culture and ethos.
Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must.
Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
A current resume with at least 2 recent referees.
