This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde(Note that this is an on-site position) .
Job Description Maintainand reconcilecustomer accounts Generatereports on accounts receivable status Ensure timely payments and contactcustomers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances Performbank reconciliations Processand manage cancellations Investigateunresolved issues Collaboratewith internal departments to address customer inquiries Qualifications Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills Possess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environment Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily workload Please note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply.
