Accounts Administrator

Sitzler is seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team at our Berrimah Office in Darwin, Northern Territory. If you are eager to contribute to our success, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Creditor payments - EOM & Mid-MonthProcessing a high volume of invoices per weekMonthly processing of lease, hire purchase and rentalsMatching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets and obtaining authorisation from relevant staffBank reconciliation including processing all debit charges and credit interest earnings, transfer funds between accountsBAS and GST preparation reporting on discrepanciesGeneral Ledger Consolidation, Posting and Allocation of Unallocated ItemsMinimum level of knowledge / skills / training required to carry out the job:Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 5 years in financial and office administration with middle level experienceSound knowledge of accounting and administration principlesProficient in MS office suite and financial / accounting software#J-18808-Ljbffr
