Accounts Administrator

Sunstate Electrical are highly respected specialists in the maintenance and commissioning of high voltage substations for both utility and private sector customers. Our office is located in Cleveland with our team delivering high voltage services throughout Queensland, rural Australia and Asia Pacific. 
We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our team. This is a flexible part time role 3-4 days per week based in our Cleveland office where you will work alongside our operations manager and operations administrator.

Bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivableCapturing of project costings using our project management software Monthly reporting to the director and operations managerAssisting with weekly payroll processing Organising travel arrangements for our fieldworkersRequired qualifications and experience:
Previous experience using MYOBCompetent in using Microsoft products Driver Licence.
