About The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their rapidly expanding team in North Sydney as a Client Manager specializing in Business Services and Tax.
The role will entail playing a pivotal role in providing financial guidance to SME business owners and high net worth family groups, serving as their primary point of contact and assisting them in navigating their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Offer tailored taxation, business and financial advice to meet clients' specific needs
Ensure timely delivery of business and tax compliance services
Provide outsourced CFO and finance department services to clients
Collaborate internally with various teams and manage offshore resources to meet client objectives
Contribute to the on-going development of internal procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the firm

About You
This is a fast-paced and client-facing role so excellent communication and technical proficiency is crucial to the position. This role is critical to the delivery of service excellence.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Chartered Accountants qualification or equivalent
Competent in time management and excellent communication with great client service / client-facing ability
Technical proficiencies with Xero, Windows Excel, Windows Word, QuickBooks, and MYOB
Strong team player
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks, systems, processes, and software
