THE ROLE
As an Accountant, reporting to the Finance manager you will be responsible for end-to-end account receivables and payables for our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
BSC/BA in Finance or Accounting
EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experience processing accounts receivable and general accounting entriesMedium to advanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlinesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable
General bookkeeping in XERO and weekly updating of "Planned payment dates" as instructed for cash flow purposesReview and resolution of queries relating to accounts payable that are raised by suppliersReconcile all company credit cardsPayment of invoicesGeneral Tasks
Handling all accounts related emailsAssist with the day-to-day dutiesOther ad-hoc tasks as allocatedGreat team environmentSelf-challenging with goals and targetsGood career development with further career opportunities, as the business grows so will youIdeally, the applicant can start ASAP, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
