Duties: Ensure Business Activity Statements are completed accurately in line with timetable Attend meetings with the Directors and report on financials Assist with preparation of FBT returns Ensure Payroll Tax Returns are completed accurately in line with timetable Ensure month end procedures and preparation of monthly financial reports are completed in line with timetable Assist with External Audits as required Assist with preparation of Corporate and Project budgets as required Ensure Approved Supplier listing is maintained and kept up to date Ensure the integrity of accounting data is maintained Maintain and reconcile credit and debit cards Prepare bank reconciliations as required Oversee outsourced payroll function Ensure payroll records are maintained and kept up to date Ensure payroll is processed in line with company requirements and accuracy of data is maintained at the highest level Ensure all payroll liabilities are processed within timeframes including superannuation, payroll tax, My Leave etc Ensure accurate preparation of weekly cash flow statements Assist site project teams with reporting requirements as required Your Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably in Construction.
