DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced workers' compensation professional to join our Workplace Risk practice. In this role, you will provide risk and state renewal services and advice to our clients, while also contributing to the implementation of our business development strategy. Our Workplace Risk practice is a leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to some of Australia's Top 500 companies.
Reporting to the National Placement Manager - Workplace Risk, your primary focus will be delivering innovative and flexible solutions for clients' workplace risk programs, presenting recommendations, and driving improvements in their performance. This is a full-time position, and the role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
The Role Manage and develop key existing clientsCompleting premium renewals and policy placement of national workers' programs including preparing renewal information to submit to marketsNegotiating renewal premiums with underwriters including policy terms and conditionsProducing client renewal reports and other analytical written reports for clientsUndertaking premium forecasting, including Claims Experience Discounts and Burner Call upsPreparing client invoices and managing internal debtorsProvide technical placement support to internal stakeholdersSupport junior staff with SME client renewals and other scheme facilitiesProgram management of key consulting workParticipation in alternatives schemes assessment and transitionAbide by WTW Client Excellence ModelQualificationsThe Requirements Previous experience in a workers' compensation role, or similar within an insurance environmentTier 1 QualificationStrong Excel and analytical skillsProficient Microsoft Word skillsA strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, oral and written skillsAn energetic personal drive, be a self-starter, and have a 'can do' attitudeA customer centric approach to workAn innovative and continuous process improvement ethosProactive time management skills and a proven record of prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
