The Role
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is happy to pick up the phone, identify and call prospects to match cutting edge product solutions to Australia’s SME Organisations.
Our range consists of thousands of products, covering the latest in technology solutions, office furniture, and office equipment and supplies are matched to the needs of our strong customer base spanning, finance, professional services, infrastructure and automotive to name a few.
This position is suited to the right person who is looking to join a dynamic and fast paced team who is ready to learn, grow and deliver results.
Key accountabilities and goals:
Territory ownership; taking your personality to our customers, achieving outcomes
Closing sales of our expanding and shifting product range to your managed customer base.
Work dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day
About You
The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in Customer Service / Sales / Outbound experience
An engaging personality that can be applied via phone or email interactions
Great communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Strong ability to adapt and create rapport quickly to build solid customer relationships
A self motivated, committed team player with a CAN DO attitude
A fun, reliable, energetic and hardworking approach
CRM experience and knowledge highly preferred
