Account Manager - Mining Services

If you are looking for a rewarding role in a reputable company that values their staff, then you need to consider joining this team!As the successful candidate you will have:5+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance and providing risk management solutions to Mining Services companies.Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio.Networking and relationship building skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Managers, CFOs and CEOs of small to large enterprises.Ability to work in a team environment.Competent in IT and office procedures.Duties in this role will include:Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of Mining Services risks.Introducing new business and participating in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients.Driving revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets.Planning and developing client retention strategies.If you are a passionate and motivated self-starter with a 'can do attitude', this could be the position for you.
