As our next Carbonite, you'll be joining a team at multiple levels. You'll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. You'll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.

Job DescriptionAbout the role. Our Insurance team is small, relaxed, and collaborative. Based in our vibrant Osborne Park office, we work closely within our team, but also with our other divisions at Carbon. Carbon provides exceptional service to our clients, and our Account Managers are at the forefront of this. As a Carbon Account Manager, you'll be communicating to your portfolio of clients daily, as well as applying your skills and experience to solve their problems and provide solutions. In a single day you'll be juggling multiple balls, but you will always have the support of our high-performing team behind you. You'll be managing your client's insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management, and general client inquiries.
