**Objectives**:
As the Account Manager at Maintain It Australia, you will play a crucial role in managing enterprise accounts, converting leads into clients and growing revenue. This position requires a proactive approach to build and grow relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key objectives include:
**Building Relationships**: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients is imperative to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

**Revenue Growth**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing and new clients to drive revenue growth.

**Client Engagement**: Regularly out calling and meeting with clients to maintain strong connections and understand their evolving needs.

**Client Escalations**: Ensuring client escalations are managed smoothly and efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

**Support to Managing Director**: Assisting in day-to-day tasks and projects as directed by the Managing Director

**KPIs**:

- **Manage Commercial/Enterprise Accounts**: Grow strong relationships with key clients and meet revenue targets. Meet clients face to Face to grow relationship and build rapport with decision makers.
- **Client Retention and Satisfaction**: Facilitate orders and address client queries regarding accounts and services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about service updates and address any concerns.
- **Growth**: Contribute to business growth and market expansion.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- **Pipeline Management**: Forecast sales and manage reporting to track progress and performance. Update CRM daily.
- **Travel**: Visit clients as required to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- **Service Quality**: Ensure the highest standards of service quality are maintained to meet and exceed client expectations.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the commercial cleaning or Facilities industry.
- High standards of client service and service quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to outcall leads, existing clients and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee client queries and escalations effectively.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.

**Salary**: Base+Super+Commission

**Join Us**:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Commission
