This is a permanent opportunity for an Account Manager to acquire, activate and maintain a healthy number of active partners in the WA Region.
The role will work closely with the business's partner network, with a blend of account management and warm business development within the partner network.

Role responsibilities Account portfolio development – acquiring, activating and maintaining a healthy number of active partners in the assigned region. Regular interstate travel to meet the customer call cycle requirements. New business development – prospecting and qualifying new potential end users from within the partner network. Proposing the right solution to end-user prospects with the aim to generate opportunities which lead to a proposal inquiry with one of the sales partners. Assisting the Partners in moving the identified end-user opportunities through the sales cycle with the aim to win the opportunity for the business. Account management – manage and support the partners with training, information and technical support. Ensuring all Partners have the necessary product certifications in place to sell the respective business products. Keeping the BDM in the territory informed about all opportunities the Partner generates and assign those opportunities in CRM. Ongoing analysis of sales performance of partners to continually improve the business's revenue potential. Actively looking for new initiatives and activities to help accelerate the growth of the partner's capacity to sell our products. Providing technical, sales and marketing assistance to the partners. Your key attributes & experience needed Minimum 3+ years experience in sales as an Account Manager or Account Executive within technology solution businesses. Experience with long sales cycles with bespoke technology solutions. Experience working in a business that sells hardware in the technology, electronics, or access control (Security) industries. Proven track record in Key Account Management, sales, or related roles within a technology (product) industry (not pure software sales). Ability and willingness to travel interstate.
