Tricon is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team and help lead our sales efforts in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the plastics industry, a deep understanding of the Australian market, and a strong network of contacts. You will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, growing our market share, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in Australia, aligned with company objectives. Identify and target new business opportunities and develop and qualify leads. Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company terms. Provide technical expertise and support to customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Travel throughout Australia to meet with customers and attend industry events. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, polymer science, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry or a related environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the Australian plastics market and business culture. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Travel flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
