What you will need:Previous experience working in a customer service environmentStrong communication skillsExperience working towards monthly targetsAbility to cross sell and upsellStrong ability to overcome objectionsYou must be a great problem solverExcellent communication skills - written and verbalAbility to manage your own workloadStrong customer focusRequirements:Responsible for a base of customers, retaining their business and improving customer loyalty by understanding their needsResponsible for fault diagnosis, follow up and resolutionUse company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issuesServe as a key ambassador and spokesperson for Your Business Listing in building the brandBecome a product expert to understand and advise best solutions for customersHandling incoming customer queries and keeping your customer base updated in a timely fashionOn Offer:Excellent Bonus SchemeOpportunities for travel and work abroadDefined targets for career progressionConstant training and developmentAccount Manager and Team Leader roles availableBase Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
