The RoleReporting to the Service Manager, you will manage outcomes across several portfolios throughout Tasmania, which includes overseeing all technical, supervisory, operational, customer support and reporting roles.
You will lead and work with a team of tradespeople and support staff to ensure the on-time delivery of the provision of mechanical services across the portfolio as well as ensuring compliance of programmed maintenance and related works within the tender specification, industry best practice, Australian Standards, BCA and local codes.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience leading a team of field and support staff to provide exceptional service to our customersBasics of business finance, word processing and spreadsheet applicationsThe capability to develop, produce and present reports, submissions, and technical communicationsInterest and aptitude for technical sales and support within the commercial and retail building industriesExperience in HVAC, mechanical services, facility management or a related disciplineWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential to build and maintain strong internal and external relationshipsClear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone mannerIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databasesGeneral all-round business and office skillsStrong commitment to safe work practices is essentialWilling to undergo a police background check.Current Working with Vulnerable People LicenceA flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination also required.Benefits of Working with AirmasterThe successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a high performing and progressive company who enjoy an enviable reputation in the industry.
