Management - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
ALG has a fantastic opportunity for the role of Account Manager based in our Head Office, located at Brisbane Airport. The responsibility of the recruiter is to deliver a quality service to customers and candidates, promoting ALG as a leading supplier of personnel to the aviation industry.
You will be responsible for:
Candidate Management: Oversee end-to-end candidate management, including sourcing applicants, qualifying candidates through interviews and documentation checks, and matching suitable candidates to job orders. Prepare shortlisted candidates for presentation to the Recruitment/General Manager and facilitate their introduction to relevant clients.Database Management: Keep the recruitment database updated, maintaining required documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and enhance professional relationships with customers, ensuring recruitment outcomes align with customer expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.Positive Workplace Environment: Foster a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere with colleagues, candidates, and employees. Maintain all communication in a constructive, professional, and positive manner.Work Health & Safety (WH&S): Adhere to ALG's WH&S policies and procedures, report any unsafe work conditions or equipment, and consult with employees on workplace changes with WH&S components.Industry Awareness: Stay update of competitive trends and activities within the aviation industry to anticipate customer and market needs.About you:
Proven track record of success in a recruitment and/or account management role, preferably within the labour hire industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.High level of initiative and the ability to prioritise effectively whilst working to tight deadlinesHave a sound knowledge of the Aviation industryHave a knowledge of recruitment databases, preferable web-based; and an intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Flexibility for interstate travel when requiredTeam spirit and ability to work with people in a positive mannerExperience and proven ability to carry out recruitment tasks in an accurate and timely mannerIdeally degree qualified, and appropriate industry experience/training.Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
