The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work out of our Mulgrave or Laverton offices (whatever works for you).

This position is going to suit someone who has the experience to build relationships quickly and in turn, grow an existing client base that is screaming out for more staff. Ideally, you will aspire to grow and lead a team of operations staff that will support you in serving both client and our candidate needs day to day.

This position will see the right person move very quickly into a Branch / State Manager’s role as the business grows the same way we have across all other states around the country.

What You Require to Succeed in This Role
Have previous experience recruiting in a trade or heavy manufacturing environment. Excellent communicator and relationship builder. Have a solutions and Customer Service orientated approach. Self-motivated and enjoy working with candidates and clients.
