OVERVIEW

Tiny Hunter, a strategic branding agency, are looking for a solid Mid Weight Account Manager to join the team. You will be focused on account management – managing client relationships, estimating, briefing and running a range of projects etc, in addition to proactively growing existing client relationships.

This is the perfect role for someone who is humble, hungry and smart, who likes the pace of working in a boutique agency where you will work on a range of clients and projects of varying sizes. This is a close knit family environment where everyone’s opinions matter, where we are invested in our clients’ success, where everyone can contribute and take their role in the direction they want to through their initiative, and everyone is happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS

? You exude confidence and passion. It doesn’t matter if you are talking to an intern or a CEO, everyone is left feeling like they couldn’t be in more capable hands. Clients have complete confidence in you, not to mention team members and suppliers. You are commercially savvy, enthusiastic and a problem solver.
? You have excellent communication skills. Fantastic written and verbal communications. Good presentation skills and ability to think on one’s feet. Ability to interpret client needs and report back to team, create briefs and manage successful outcomes against strategic objectives
? You have outstanding organisational abilities. You can juggle multiple projects and conflicting deadlines. You have that amazing ability to keep sight of the bigger picture whilst staying on top of all the small details as well.
? You strive for excellence. You bring industry knowledge, you love to collaborate and share that knowledge. You love to learn, have strong initiative and are always pushing for remarkable outcomes in everything you do.
? You are experienced (including digital). With at least 2-3 years as an account manager within an agency, you know what you are doing. You have managed website projects end to end, digital campaigns and in a perfect world, branding projects too. You are looking for a mid sized agency where you can get involved across the business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Mid Weight account manager with a focus on managing clients who require strategic guidance and also a high level of material on a regular basis; managing projects from start to finish, liaising with clients, internal teams and suppliers. Managing work through the studio, staying on top of scheduling, budgets and deadlines.
