Your Impact:
Our Service Cloud Specialist Sales team is growing and we have a number of roles in our Enterprise team available. Service Cloud Account Executives (sellers) are passionate about the Services industry, and are excited about the power that AI will bring to this industry.
As a Service Cloud Account Executive, you will leverage the untapped potential of Service Cloud by partnering with account owners (Core Account Executives) and be responsible for achieving a dedicated quota for Service Cloud offerings which include: AI, Field Service, Service Cloud Voice, Home Health, and Digital engagement. You will formulate and implement a Service Cloud sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and developing new customers. Carrying your own quota to achieve, you will work with existing Enterprise customer accounts as well as prospect and seek to build new relationships across your dedicated territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement successful campaigns across the Service Cloud install base, prospects, and whitespace. Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others to thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities. Leverage business from new & established relationships. Strategize, negotiate & close business. Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution. Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business as related to their contact center needs. Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Service Cloud opportunities. Be customer-facing as required. Sector:
With opportunities aplenty, this role will work across all verticals/sectors focusing on the Enterprise customer segment, some of them being Australia's biggest retailers & telecommunication companies.
Requirements:
Achiever - proven success achieving set sales targets and familiar with complex deal cycles with Enterprise customers . Strong sales discipline and tenacity , able to see a path forward despite challenges. Passion for SaaS solutions - experience selling similar solution stacks such as Service Cloud or other enterprise solutions. Strategist - Able to develop and execute strategies , bringing everyone along on the journey. We need you to amplify the Service Cloud message across internal and external stakeholders. Value selling - demonstrated experience in uncovering customer needs , curious and always asking "why" to unlock how Service Cloud can add value to the customer. Team seller - collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the best outcomes for the customer and Salesforce, negotiating & influencing outcomes. Trusted partner - Passion for working with customers and guiding them on the Salesforce Customer Journey. Multi-tasker - able to multi-task & organise time effectively to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Our Specialist Sales team is perfect for those who prefer a collaborative, team value selling approach for a dedicated product solution but enjoys the adrenaline of closing deals and hitting targets. By focusing on Service Cloud, you will become a subject matter expert on the value it will bring to customers whilst still contributing to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere as a valued member of our Ohana.
