On a day-to-day basis, the Broker Service Team is here to assist brokers from all over Australia with a wide range of business insurance needs.
The team is responsible for supporting brokers with their new business referrals, amendments, renewals, new sign-ups, and much more.
We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, with a 'right-first-time approach'.
Due to significant growth, we are on the hunt for a new Account Executive in our Broker Service Team.
Day to day:You will be responsible for managing the onboarding, training, and continued growth of a key broker network onto the platform.You will be responsible for expanding adoption of our offering across the broker network, developing relationships, executing specific growth strategies and exploring new business opportunities with the broker group.Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition and promote these to new and existing brokers.Plan and oversee marketing initiatives relating to relationship management and growth.Attend conferences, meetings & industry events.Responsible for the maintenance and operation of internal broker management tools, and broker recognition programs.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the insurance industry.Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets or KPIs.Ability to understand and explain business insurance products in detail to potential clients.Benefits:Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and 2 days a week in the CBD office.Learning opportunities.Exciting and rewarding team culture.Quarterly recognition awards.Business Casual dress code.Birthday vouchers.Rewarding Employee Incentive Program.Growing company with progression opportunities.What Kind of Person Works Well in our Company:Diversity of employees makes for a creative and fun workplace.
