Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities through phone and face-to-face meetings.Build and manage a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.Build rapport and relationships with target customers.Identify customer challenges and problems.Deliver sales presentations to senior management tailoring the solution to each client.Become a subject matter expert for clients, helping them on key market trends and challenges.Successfully work in a targeted environment ensuring minimum expectations are achieved and exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.About You2+ years of experience in new business development selling SaaS solutions into HR and operational leaders.Desire and energy to transform inefficient workplace learning environments.Experience selling software solutions into complex environments.Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong rapport building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision makers.Confident, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the environment.Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.Employment TypeFull-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
