You work hand-in-hand with these accounts to increase their product knowledge and awareness, improve the presentation of the Bugaboo line of products, and support in executing the National Account / Key accounts Bugaboo promotion plans. You analyze store performance, develop strategies and implement training plans to improve sales and share of business. You drive Bugaboo sales targets (sell through) at store level for the assigned geographical region. You are part of the Australian team and report to the ANZ Sales Director.What will you do?Drive the brand and sales within our National & Key accounts in order to grow the Bugaboo business, the Bugaboo brand and our competitive position (consistent with Bugaboo's overall mission, vision and long term objectives).Become a key partner with our national and key account customers in the assigned region. Understand the retail customer's needs, develop market insights and with National Account Manager and Sales director to create winning solutions.Help plan and execute the successful introduction of new products, special promotions, and/or phase out older products. Ensure that Bugaboo's product portfolio stays up to date at stores; work together with internal Bugaboo teams on analysing store performance, developing new strategies and implementing training plans.Manage and implement National & Local training sessions to ensure all sales staff are comfortable selling Bugaboo Products.Upload store visit reports into Salesforce, which include but not limited to; images of Bugaboo displays, competitor insight if applicable, event/promotion execution, concerns, wins, opportunities, training insights and overall outcome of visits & follow ups.Support Sales Director and National Account Manager with Ad Hoc Admin tasks such as new line set up sheets and pulling together presentations.What you will bring to the tableYou have a couple of years experience in either account management, retail sales, sales training or business administration and are passionate about our brand. You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity. You are used to working independently as the majority of your time will be spent visiting retail stores but equally able to work as part of a team on larger projects.You will be provided with a fully maintained vehicle to support your role in the field, so a current Australian drivers license is a necessity.
