About The Role: The account executive will need to manage existing accounts to ensure account security and retention by implementing professional account management processes. This position is responsible for customer service commitment compliance, growing applications and maintaining and or improving profitability at existing accounts and supporting value improvement projects. The Account manager is also responsible for the profitable growth through the acquisition of new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relationship ManagementMaintains regular contact with all major customers in your territory by building strong business relationships with key personnel by means of monthly or quarterly business reviews.Continuously growing sales through direct and distributor sales in line with the assigned AOP.Product and market application expert for the territory.Servicing customers in order to fulfill contractual requirements through the utilization of 90-day call plans, sales reporting, and monthly or quarterly customer reviews.Basic repairs, installations and maintenance to Diversey dosing and dispensing systems to be done during the routine service calls or as and when required.Managing Profitability by implementing price increases, product swaps/mix change and customer cost saving tactics.Technical services – Installations, preventative maintenance, breakdowns, service, repairs & onsite training.Attend all regular internal meetings.Regular use of the Solenis Diversey Sales tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to drive growth opportunities and improve the designated territory profitability.About You: The ideal candidate will hold the following:
Technical Service industry experience.Understanding financial metrics and how they impact the business.10-year Sales and Service Skills/experience preferably in a Business-to-Business industry with proven track record of achieving Sales Targets.Relationship building skills.Relevant hygiene/cleaning chemical sector or experience in the hospitality industry (kitchen/housekeeping/laundry).Good understanding of Chemical Handling and related OHS requirements.Equipment calibration experience (industrial dishwashers, dispensers, laundry etc).Good mechanical aptitude.Experience with Electronic data readers and product usage tracking.Demonstrates safe work practices and can identify hazards.Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems and solutions.Able to prioritize and manage own workload with minimal supervision.Able to be flexible with work arrangements and can travel if and when required.Previous experience in a sales/service and account management role (preferred).Strong finance and business acumen.What's on Offer: Company CarLaptop and mobile phoneHands on training and developmentJoin us today and take your career to the next level.
