The Role: As an Account Director or Senior Account Director at Mango, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative PR and influencer initiatives, shaping strategies that captivate audiences and drive results. Spearheading several of our key accounts, your role is not just about managing accounts; it's about leading with passion, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to : Strategic Leadership: Lead high-level discussions with clients, forging strong partnerships, and aligning initiatives with their business objectives. Inspire your team to develop innovative strategies that push boundaries and deliver measurable impact. You will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team within the agency. Team Empowerment: Mentor and coach Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Provide the support and development opportunities needed for your team to excel and thrive. Campaign Innovation: Drive the development and execution of strategic PR plans and influencer campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging best practices to ensure our initiatives remain fresh and relevant. Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring profitability.
