Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Director to join our team in Melbourne.
The Senior Account Director is accountable for managing the commercial relationship between blueAPACHE and a dedicated portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of our customers.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and stakeholder management.
Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their business objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Identify new opportunities and address risks or potential improvements, resulting in increased sales, revenue, growth within accounts, and ongoing customer retention and satisfaction.
Manage your own P&L and run your Account Portfolio as a small business unit.
Requirements Proven experience as a trusted Senior Account Executive/Director.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
A minimum of 5 years of Account Management or B2B experience.
Experience in the MSP IT industry or related roles.
Strong business skills, including running meetings, business writing, and verbal communication.
Process-driven approach to managing the sales cycle and CRM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
