Troocoo Government have been engaged to recruit an A04 HR Support Officer contract position!
This opportunity is commencing ASAP for an initial 2-months with the potential to extend, located in Berrinba QLD.
As the A04 HR Support Officer, you will assist with the transition and implementation to the departments record management system (eDocs), including the creation of a new filing structure.
You will also support a number of other Business Services projects, including the transition from Tadpole (timesheet system) to the Aurion ESS Timekeeper system.
The Role!
As the A04 HR Support Officer you will be required (however not limited) to: Provide advice on HR procedures, practices and topics, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
Producing quality HR reports and documentation.
Ensure HR activities align with policy and guidelines and support the achievement of business objectives.
Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients.
Process requests to hire/advertise and process and finalise selection processes for advertised and non-advertised positions.
Prepare letters for successful/unsuccessful applicants and forward starter packs to appointees and documentation to QSS Payroll Services.
Maintain sound knowledge of contemporary HR management practices to ensure currency of knowledge and skills and service outcomes for clients.
Your Experience A competitive application for the A04 HR Support Officer position would demonstrate the following: Experience using the Aurion Employee Self Service, Aurion Fusion (HR Information Systems) and Springboard.
Data entry and/or high-volume processing experience in a variety of systems.
Previous recruitment and project support experience, ideally in a public sector environment.
