About the role
We are seeking an amazing Customer Delivery Manager for this fixed term contract role. The responsibility of the Customer Delivery Manager is to support the operations of the Datacom Intelligent Workspace run and optimise business unit. In this role, you will work autonomously to support the day-to-day operations of all components of the Intelligent Workspace business unit and complete all tasks and assignments within agreed timeframes.
What you’ll do
As Customer Delivery Manager, you will:
Capture and document monthly BU reporting including performance metrics, customer revenue project revenue, SLA performance, hardware and device details, timesheet compliance and overtime/TOIL requests
Provide statistical data for customer monthly reporting and customer account teams as required
Provide direction and assistance across numerous business unit support functions
Assist with customer transition activity and provide oversight of timelines
Track new opportunities and actions and attend presales meetings as required

Experience supporting desktops/laptops in a corporate environment.
