Week 1 - Simulated Practice: Our Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe environment to practice your therapeutic skills.Weeks 2-12 – Experiential Discovery: A dynamic, hands-on approach immersing you in real-life situations.Weeks 13-26 – Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise through engaging workshops.Weeks 27-52 – Individualised Development: A custom program designed to follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. SUPERVISION & SUPPORTWe're renowned for offering industry-leading supervision and support, alongside diverse learning opportunities to develop Australia's top Allied Health Professionals. Observational sessions: Before you start with clients, observe experienced therapists.Joint appointments: Initial client sessions are completed with your Clinical Supervisor.Self-directed learning: Access our extensive online library curated by Clinical Practice Advisors.2 hours of weekly Clinical Supervision: Regular 1:1 meetings and group supervision for peer learning.Weekly Team Leader Support: Personalised guidance on organizational procedures and goal setting.Unlimited mentoring: Access to educational presentations and clinical consultations.
