Our Technical Sales Specialist will contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining a wide and varied customer network.This will be a field-based role, in which you will be required to visit customers regularly in order to promote products and expand sales revenue in the market.The Role:Responsible for the sales performance of your defined territory and management of end user customers.Technical troubleshooting for national customers alongside the HQ Tech Support Team.Instrument placement, service contracts, and customer training.Sales and promotion of Randox Clinical, RFD, and Toxicology products to metro and regional customers across East Coast Australia.Cold calling existing customers as well as finding new potential clients.Consistent achievement of KPIs and sales targets.Maintaining a good knowledge of Randox and competitor products.This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join an innovative international company in a growing industry that can provide career security and genuine advancement for those who show potential.The Candidate:Essential:A bachelor's degree or higher in a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science, or biomedical engineering-related discipline.Experience in working to achieve targets.Proactive approach and self-starter.The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Desirable:Previous experience working to targets and KPIs.Previous laboratory-based work experience.Previous experience setting up new applications and troubleshooting QC failures in the laboratory.Good understanding of NATA requirements regarding IQC and EQA in the laboratory.Proven track record in sales within a science background would be highly advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
