The locations are varied depending on the role. Our area of operations stretches across Greater Sydney, The Illawarra and The Blue Mountains. Some of our locations are not easily accessible by public transport and will require you to have your own transport.

**The Graduate Program Application Process**:

- ** Video interview and psychometric testing**: If you make it through the job task, you'll record some answers to a few straightforward questions. to help us get a sense of your communication style and what excites you about Sydney Water.
- ** Assessment Centre and panel interview**: Next, you'll have a face-to-face interview with a panel consisting of your prospective team. You'll also participate in a group activity to assess your cognitive ability.
- ** Offer**:If you're selected, we'll discuss all the specifics, including your salary, start date, and our background check procedure and get you excited about joining aboard!
