The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, this role needs a hands on professional that is food and beverage service focused to take control of this great venue.
With a reputation for guest service and ensuring the best product is offered, this role will offer both challenge and reward.
You: Previous experience as a Venue Manager in a higher volume, food and beverage focused venue Knowledge of all operations including F&B, DJ's, live entertainment, compliance and dealing with licensing is necessary.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, premium wines and liquor as well as knowledge of culinary styles is needed in this role.
