About You You'll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a 'direct' work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone.
You'll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.
Key Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will: Lead and mentor junior team members while building strong client relationships.
Handle design, documentation, and modeling for roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks.
Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Provide technical input and ensure designs meet project and client requirements.
Key Skills & Attributes To excel in this role, you will ideally have: A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Australia).
8-20 years of engineering experience.
Familiarity with Austroads standards and Australian regulations.
Experience in geometric design and modeling, including the use of tools like 12 D or similar software.
Strong design experience in roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
A proactive attitude towards mentoring and team management.
