Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Office 365. Perform system administration tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft infrastructure. Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for technology solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide technical support and assistance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies, recommending new solutions and technologies as appropriate. Skills/Must have:
