Role Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies. Develop functional requirements and data elements for complex integrated ADP systems. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, demonstrations, and retrospectives. Manage Agile artefacts, including the product backlog and scrum notes. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in a software development environment. Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies. Experience in technical writing and documentation related to automatic data processing. Active Top Secret security clearance, required. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000.
